Turta dulce cu mere. Amazingly tasty Romanian Christmas cake for which it is not necessary to knead the dough, after evening tea called wild delight at home, and especially my daughters! Made it first time but now this recipe will forever be in my menu! I Express my deep gratitude to the national Romanian cuisine! For the contest "new year tastes of the planet."

Cooking
Apples cleaned to grate on a coarse grater, add 0.5 cups of sugar, cinnamon and mix well.
Mix the flour, semolina, 1 Cup sugar, soda and pineapple.
In greased with vegetable oil form to fill muchno-semolina mixture to cover the bottom, top-to - apples, and so alternate until the end of the apples and dry mixture. Somewhere in the middle of the pie should be spread out surprises: a coin, a ring, a small porcelain figurine (well boiled), peanut, cherry, candy, hot pepper, etc.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, boil the milk boiling, and pour into the form. Bake for 1 hour.
To check the readiness of the pie match, if ready, flip it onto a plate.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Decorate to taste. I decorated the pieces of chocolate that gave a nice taste of the pie.
The cake turned out with a delicious crust, wonderful cinnamon aroma, very delicate and an extraordinary taste!
Literally not allowing to cool for 5 minutes ate half the pie!
