Meat loaf for me lifesaver. And hot and cold perfect. Try different options, favorite record in a cherished notebook. I suggest to try the version with chicken breast, pork, cheese, pickled cucumbers ( they lose crispness and flavor when baked) and sausage for the grill. Try?

Ingredients

  • Pickled cucumber

    12 piece

  • Pork

    450 g

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sausages

    100 g

  • Cheese

    80 g

Skip the pork and chicken breast through a meat grinder, add spices and salt to taste, add cheese. Dissolve the starch in water and pour into mince

Mix well and knock the stuffing at least 20 times with wet hands.

I used silicone form a volume of 875 ml. Spread some ground meat on the bottom, leveled.

Do the grooves on both sides and put the gherkins.

Cover meat. Put the sausage in the middle, and the sides of cornichons. Between the cucumbers and the walls of the mold must be minced.

Close the remnants of the stuffing. Tap the form on the table to RAM. Oven pre-heated until 180. Bake for 40 minutes. Hot cut carefully, not forgetting that cheese gives them more richness.
