Cooking
Butter room temperature RUB with flour and baking powder. Pour 5 tablespoons of water. Stir. If the dough is left with the crumbs, pour a spoon of water. Should get a soft dough does not stick to hands.
The dough spread on the bottom and the sides of the form (diameter 22-24cm). The form can be pre-oiled. To make a lot of punctures with a fork.
Bake in a preheated 200-220*C oven until Golden (20-30min). Grate the chocolate. Pour it evenly on the hot cake. Cake put on the dish.
While the cake is baked, make the cream. Beat the eggs with a spoon, sugar and vanilla. Add milk. Pour into a small saucepan and put a Pat of butter. Put in a water bath. Cook until thick (see photo cream BEFORE cooking).
Ready to pour cream on the cake, flatten and leave to cool. Strawberries to thaw in advance, but pre-cut it in half lengthwise, because it will be defrosted badly cut. Put the strawberries on the cream. Berries should be a lot - don't skimp, the cake will be delicious!!!!
Cover the cake with a thin layer of the jelly cakes. Put into the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. This is insanely beautiful! Unfortunately, the photo does not show the depth and saturation of color!
It looks like jelly cake. Recommendations for use written on the packaging.
