Cooking
Boiled potatoes peel and cut into strips or cubes. In a separate bowl potatoes salt to taste and pour vegetable oil. Stir with a spoon so that the oil evenly over the potatoes.
Cabbage rinse and finely chop it. Soy sauce mixed with vinegar and sugar. The resulting mixture pour the cabbage and carefully triturated with your hands. Leave it on while making salad.
Fresh cucumber washed and cut into thin slices.
Put potatoes on a plate and put around slices of cucumber. On top of the cucumber, put the cabbage. On top of the salad to taste and sprinkle with herbs, I have dill. Bon appetit!
