Salad with rice
This salad in various forms is very common in the far East. The dish is hearty, tasty and bright, can replace dinner. I also recommend to Post in the fish days.

Ingredients

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Canned fish

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    6 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.25 tsp

  • Salt

Take the rice "bubble mix" from the "Mistral", fill with water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil, diminish the fire and cook with the lid closed for 30 minutes until completely absorbed water. When preparing this salad, I immediately put the rice, peel the carrots and cook together with the rice to save time and electricity.

While the rice cools, take vegetables, clean and wash. Cut into cubes boiled, carrot, red onion, cherry tomatoes and cucumber.

Mix the vegetables with the cooled rice, salt, add svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers, pour with lemon juice.
