Mushroom soup with green beans
In the white mushrooms contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals needed by the human body. The amount of phosphorus in mushrooms resemble fish. White mushrooms two times richer in protein than beef.

  • Mushrooms

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Beans

    300 g

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Spices

  • Butter

    10 g

Cooking

Mushrooms clean and dry.

Chop into small pieces.

Fill with cold water and bring to a boil, remove the foam and diminish the temperature.
