Want to offer and your favorite type of pancakes which are baked for a long time and they always turn out very tender and very tasty. And the filling of candied poppy in our area is very common, and the pancakes are present at all feasts, and here's why no one has. I propose to try my pancakes, you will not regret.

Cooking
Whisk egg with 1 tbsp of sugar and 0.5 tsp salt, add yogurt, then flour, stir well, the dough will be quite thick, sprinkle it with baking soda (0.5 teaspoon), stir and pour in gradually the boiling water. Thoroughly stir the dough lumps should not be.
And here's the first pancake. A total of 15-16 of these pancakes.
Decided to do some stuff with bananas. On pancake put thin slices of banana and poured a little test, if this is not done, then when you flip the pancake to the other side, the banana will stick to the pan.
Hot pancake with banana, sprinkle grated chocolate and rolled in a triangle. From myself I will add that chocolate with crushed hazelnuts looked much better with these pancakes than without additives.

And here is the poppy-seed filling. Mashed in a blender, or meat grinder or in a mortar poppy with sugar spread on the pancake and collapsible tube.
Here they are with poppy seeds. Really very tasty. You can eat immediately, but you can pour melted butter and warmed in the oven or microwave.
