French Apple pie
The taste of it is delicious. It turns out as three layers, Apple pillow, the dough is airy, a little moist and the top crisp crust, which is sweet bliss.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    500 g

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Nutmeg

    1 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla essence

Preheat the oven to 160 C. Grease with butter and lay the bottom with parchment paper in a round shape. At the bottom lay the sliced apples.

All the ingredients for the batter whip until the batter and pour it over the apples. Flatten and bake for 40-45 minutes, until Golden brown.

Whisk all the ingredients for the cream. Take out cake and put on it a cream. To put it another 20-25 minutes in the oven. Pie cool, then remove from the mold.
