Cabbage finely chopped. I'm doing this manual shredder. I have 500 g of already shredded cabbage.
Cabbage prisolit a little but not crush it and pour boiling water. Close the lid and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the fried onion and carrot. Knead Your favorite dough for pierogi.
Cabbage drain in a colander, giving it a good squeeze. Mix with fried onion and carrots, add spices, salt, dill. Mix well. And that's all. The stuffing is ready.
Sculpt as usual dumplings. Boiled.
Served with anything. We love grilled onions.
