Cooking
The Chinese cuisine I have a long-standing interest periodically and try to make something out of it. This time the choice fell on pork in ginger sauce. We need pork without bones and with a small amount of fat. Cut the meat into pieces of medium size.
Gonna marinate meat in mixture of soy sauce Kikkoman, sugar, wine, tomato and vinegar. Leave for 20 minutes.
For the sauce, we need soy sauce, Kikkoman, ginger (a piece the size of a thumb), garlic, a little chilli, sugar, pineapple.
In a blender grind ginger, pineapple, garlic to a pulp.
Here is a mixture is supposed to be.
Mix the sauce ingredients and a little diluted with water.
Onion cut into half rings.
Heats the pan and fry the pieces of meat on the hot sesame oil for 3 minutes on each side over high heat. Then reduce the fire and approximately 7 minutes, bring to readiness.
In another pan in a small amount of sesame oil fry the onion with sugar. Cook about 5 minutes. Then pour the sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Meat stacked on a plate and pour the sauce. Served hot.
