Cheese dessert for a buffet
Tender, delicious dessert with minimum products, which will decorate a festive table, but also paint the your day. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    200 g

  • Soft cheese

    80 g

  • Orange

    4 piece

  • Mandarin

    6 piece

  • Gelatin

    11 g

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

1. Dried apricots soak for 2 hours in warm water.

2. Then the water is drained. Put apricots in blender, add cream cheese

3. and grind in a blender until smooth.

4. Pour gelatin with cold water and leave to swell.

5. Cut the oranges in half and squeeze the juice with 300 ml. Inside the halves of the orange, remove the pulp.

6. Add the dried apricots in the cranberry juice (2-3 tbsp), stir.

7. Added to the cheese mass orange juice

8. and hot gelatin, stir.

9. Halves (rind) of an orange placed for stability in a mold for cupcakes and pour the cheese mass. 8 tbsp. of the cheese mass is left behind. Put molds in freezer for 1-2 hours.

10. After 2 hours, take out the halves of the oranges and into each put 1 tbsp of the cheese mass. On curd put the Mandarin slices and decorate with mint leaves.

11. Put the ramekins in the fridge for 15 minutes and then serve. Dessert is ready! Bon appetit!
