White fish with pink sauce and shrimp
White fish with pink butter-garlic sauce with shrimp. To say that it's good, it does not say anything! I very rarely like something so much! Fantastically tasty sauce will give any fish of incredible charm and elegance! So, tender fish with a light scent of rosemary and a small hint of lemon framed by a pronounced shrimp sauce. Prepares multivarka Vitek VT-4215 BW.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    450 g

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Pepper pink

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

Cooking

Fish fillet salt to season ground white pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, to shift the needles of rosemary, cover and set aside to marinate.
