Dry-cured ham in soy marinade

  • Salt

    25 g

  • Soy sauce

    150 ml

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Water

    100 ml

  • A mixture of spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    5 g

  • Vodka

    30 ml

Cooking

In a saucepan mix water, soy sauce, spices, ginger slices, salt, sugar. Bring to boil and boil until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool, add vodka.
