Frozen scallops give yourself to thaw, soak a paper towel.

Prepare the wasabi-mayonnaise. To do this, take the mayonnaise "Provencal" from "Mahe".
Add to mayonnaise rice vinegar, soy sauce and wasabi. If you'd like it spicy, you can put more wasabi.
