Cottage cheese casserole with pumpkin and orange cream
Another casserole for lovers of cheese! Cheese base, small pieces of pumpkin, saturated orange flavor, it tastes like candied fruit, and on top of a lot of VERY delicious orange cream, well, how can you resist?:-)))

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    1000 g

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Potato starch

    3 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    3 tsp

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Mash the cheese with sugar, if a low fat cottage cheese, add 100 g of butter,

add eggs, potato starch, vanilla/vanilla and mix well until smooth,
