Our dessert will consist of 2 parts: a sponge cake and meringue. To start prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Take 4 egg yolks and 125 gr. sugar. You can use any sugar, I prefer to cook to brown. The cake turns out too sweet.
