Bean salad with quince
Simple but very tasty and hearty salad with spicy quince acidity. It can replace the second dish.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Quince

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cilantro

    12 piece

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Beans boil, drain the water. If you take the canned and should be rinsed.
