Chicken legs with roasted vegetables
A simple and tasty dish for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

  • The chicken legs

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    7 piece

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Broth

    1 cup

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Paprika sweet

Chicken legs wash, dry, RUB black pepper, paprika and salt.

Peel the potatoes, cut into circles. Pepper - slices. Onions and garlic are finely chopped.

Chicken fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, to adjourn. To the pan add the onion and garlic, saute 1 minute, add the peppers, beans and potatoes, all fried. Add the broth, bring to a boil.

Shift in refractory form, salt and pepper, sprinkle with herbs, put the chicken legs. Bake in the oven at 200*C for 45 minutes.
