Chinese cabbage with shiitake mushrooms
Fried cabbage with mushrooms. This dish is perfect for garnish and as an independent.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage Chinese

    800 g

  • Mushrooms

    30 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Mushroom pour warm water and leave for 1-2 hours. Boil for 10 minutes.

Cabbage to chop, add sugar and squeeze.

Finely chop the onion.

Large mushrooms cut into halves.

In vegetable oil fry the mushrooms with the green onions for 3-5 minutes.

Add the cabbage and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Pour soy sauce, add spices and cook for another 3 minutes. When serving sprinkle with green onions.
