Eggplant
Back with stripes and a scattering of points... the Real ladybugs! Cook them together with "Fast from Moulinex". Despite the name, during the preparation of any one cow is not hurt)))

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Ginger

    1 piece

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Ketchup

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

    2 piece

The eggplant cut off the peel of the stripes.

Cut into 4 pieces lengthwise, then slices. Sprinkle with salt and leave for 40 minutes. Then rinse and squeeze.

Rubbed on a fine grater garlic teeth and ginger (or take 0.5 tsp of ginger powder)

Fry in oil until lightly Browning.

Then pour the eggplant and fry over high heat 5-10 minutes, until brown. Add sugar. Pour 1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce, Tabasco and ketchup, stir and simmer 1 minute. Dissolve the starch in 2-3 tablespoons of cold water, pour in the eggplant and stew for 1 minute until lightly thickened. Remove from the heat. To garnish (I used to garnish the rice) and sleep chopped herbs and sesame seeds. It is so delicious!
