On New year you can cook the chicken terrine with a pattern of Christmas trees. It can be eaten hot, or cool, cut into thin slices and eat as a snack.

Cooking
Green prepare stuffing: boil the spinach and squeeze out excess water, bell pepper cut into cubes, 50 g of cheese to grate, ½ tsp Basil, 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, 1 tsp of garlic, 200 g minced meat, salt and pepper mixture to taste.
Mix everything and add 1 tbsp of mayonnaise "Maheev" and still again to mix.
Cut out a paper template of a Christmas tree and inserted into both ends of the form, greased.
Put a cone on the pattern the bottom of a Christmas tree of green stuffing.
The top is closed by a sheet of nori.
Cook white meat, mix: 300 g minced meat, 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, 100 g diced cheese, cut into cubes 1 onion, ½ tsp Basil, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tbsp of mayonnaise "Maheev", pepper and salt to taste.
Spread on top of nori white meat, leaving a bit stuck to the top with nori.
Next, lay a sheet of nori and put it with a pyramid of green stuffing on the template again and wrap in nori sheets.
Put on top of the white meat.
And also repeat with the third layer.
Top close all white meat, grease with 1 tbsp of mayonnaise "Maheev". Put in the oven at 200 degrees to bake.
After 15 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle with almonds and put again in the oven for another 15 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven. You can eat both hot and cold.
