Cooking
Cut into thin slices of bacon. Cut onion into thin half-rings. Put in a pan with 30 g of vegetable oil and put on fire. Stirring occasionally keep on the heat until the bacon will not mytopics fat and the onions will fry.
Spread bacon and onion on paper towel to remove excess fat.
In a bowl mix 300 g flour with 1 tsp baking powder. To this mixture, with a whisk beat in the eggs. It is wise to do one at a time.
Added 120 g of cream, 1 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, pepper and 100 g of melted butter (not hot!!!). Mix well.
Preheat the oven to 170*C. the Form (you can take with a diameter of 24 cm, it is possible for cupcakes) grease and flour them. Finally add in the dough the bacon with onions. Mix and put in prepared pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. The readiness check skewer. Cools, get out of shape.
