Description
Easy to prepare, easy in all respects, but very hearty soup, with interesting dumplings-meatballs! For those who are Fasting this would be a great option to diversify your menu.

Cooking
Thanks to the Cook I discovered a lot of new cereals - couscous including. I really like the speed of preparation and versatility. I use couscous from TM Mistral
In a bowl pour the couscous, pour it with boiling water and set aside to swell. Immediately say, that we are not abiding by the Post, so I used beef broth, the rest as in the recipe.
Celery and onion cut into dice and fry in hot oil, literally 2 minutes. Here is perfect leeks, but I have, unfortunately, ended.
To swollen Kus-kusu grate (on small side) peeled potatoes, add cornstarch, oil, salt and spices
Mix well with hands and roll into small balls
Boil water (broth), put it in a pot of vegetable sauté and add the barberries, optional
After 5 minutes in a pot with boiling water/stock our meatballs and cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked meatballs on a medium heat. Ready they will begin to emerge.
Add green beans ( I had canned, but if you have frozen is even better), salt.
In the end, add sliced (I dill s/m and leaf celery), cover, turn off the heat and let stand for 5 minutes
Hot soup is poured into plates, served with soup of black bread. Very tasty and very satisfying! Bon appetit and easy Post!
