Thick buckwheat soup with pork
Thick soup with pork, buckwheat and vegetables. For a cold winter, very comfortable.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.125 tsp

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Buckwheat

    0.25 cup

  • Green peas

    0.5 cup

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Pork neck cut into pieces with a thickness of ~1.5 cm Poured soy sauce, balsamic vinegar (you can take lemon juice), sunflower oil, pepper, fresh-ground pepper, stir, cover, and put it in the fridge. The meat was marinated for 4 hours. You can and less time, just so happened to me.

Chop the onion, carrot and bell pepper arbitrarily.
