Spicy cucumbers in Korean
Another option of supply of vegetables as vodka and meat.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 tsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    5 tooth

  • Greens

Cucumbers washed and cut into thin bars. Season with salt and set aside. Meanwhile make onion and garlic.

Onion cut into half rings, rinse in cold water.

Garlic peel and squeeze through a press. Finely chopped herbs.

While we were having onion, greens and garlic, the cucumbers gave the juice. Pour out the juice with cucumbers, onion, greens, garlic, sugar, vinegar, red pepper and sesame seeds. Mix everything and put in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to let the cucumbers onion marinated.
