Another tasty recipe of salad "Cole slaw" ("coleslaw"). The salad is very simple but at the same time very useful!!! The main ingredient is cabbage. But it contains almost the whole set of vitamins needed for normal human life: Pro-vitamin a, vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B6, K and antiulcer vitamin U, which prevents the appearance of ulcers of the stomach and duodenum. Salads from fresh cabbage, and sauerkraut, retain almost all their nutritional and medicinal properties.

Cooking
Finely shinkuem cabbage. Put it in a large bowl. Mash by hand, it will become softer and softer.
