Rye bread with kefir
A wonderful bread which the leaven and malt just don't need!!!Bake for over a year and always an excellent result!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    220 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Rye flour

    250 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Oil corn

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Yeast

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine pan according to instructions.In the bread maker LG are putting the program "Russian cook" duration: 3 hours 40 minutes.In other hlebopechka program for baking of rye bread ("Rye", etc.) the weight of the loaf, about 900g - 1kg. If you take yogurt low fat,the wheat flour add 300g.Bon appetit! :-) :-) :-)
