Cooking
Pour in a container of yogurt, boiling water, add 1 tbsp sugar and yeast.
Sift the flour. Pour in the yeast coffee, butter, juice, add salt and flour. Knead the dough, moistening hands in vegetable oil. Gather into a ball (the dough is soft and does not stick to hands). Cover and put in a warm place.
