Eggplant rolls
Eateries eggplant rolls with unusual fillings.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    1 pack

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut eggplant lengthwise thin slices.Sprinkle salt on sliced eggplant to remove bitterness

Let's prepare the filling.Finely chop the greens. I usually use dill and parsley.But it's not for everybody.

Cheese to squeeze through the press garlic, add chopped fresh herbs, salt and pepper. The filling needs to be savoury.

All thoroughly If the stuffing will be somewhat dry, add a little mayonnaise.

In vegetable oil fry both sides of our Balaganchik.

Warm slice on the edge to put a spoonful of filling and roll that such rolls.
