Cheese-cheese terrine with cucumber
Tender, delicious, original snack, especially for the holiday table. Thank you for the recipe Ruth Sirkis + i_lara Larochka.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cracker

    1.25 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Spices

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Essence

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Gelatin

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    5 Tbsp

Melt the butter on low heat and mix with cracker crumbs, lemon juice and zest. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir and tightly lay at the bottom of the form. Split form 22-26 cm, greased.I Pergamos.paper.

Grate the cucumbers using a coarse grater,squeeze the juice.

Gelatin fill with water,I have a sheet(took 5 gr) to slightly swollen. Put the bowl with gelatin in a water bath and stir to completely dissolved: visible crystals should not be!

Add the gelatin in a bowl with the cheese mixture and carefully stir to avoid lumps.

Beat egg whites in the stable foam

and gently combine with cottage cheese mixture.

Spoon to spread it in the form.Lightly shake the form from side to side so that the mixture spreads evenly. Refrigerate at least 4-6 hours.

To release from the mold and place them on a dish.Mix the sour cream with mint and grease the terrine. Decorate with slices of cucumbers and mint leaves.
