Rolls of chicken with mushrooms
Interesting and beautiful recipe! Delicious hot or cold. Can breast Turkey replaced by chicken, also very not bad! What I commend? Come on in, help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Breast of Turkey

    600 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Dry red wine

    150 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Cooking

Mushrooms to clean and slice.

Fry in sunflower oil. Lay off 2/3 of the mushrooms in a separate bowl. To the remaining in the pan the mushrooms, add the finely sliced green onion and garlic. To extinguish on small fire.

Put in separate bowl. Add cheese, grated on a grater. Add the bread crumbs. Salt and pepper. Mix well.

Using a blender, prepare cheese and mushroom pasta.

The breast of the Turkey and wash, cut into chops, cover with foil, lightly beat off.

Chops pepper. Spread on each chop a tablespoon of the paste over the entire surface.

Twist steak rolls and fasten with a skewer.

Fry the rolls in hot sunflower oil until Golden brown.

Add the wine and water. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes (until tender)

Ready to ruletikom add deferred mushrooms. Bring to boiling and to extinguish 5 more minutes. Ready!
