Dear Cooks!!! I want to share with you a wonderful recipe of cod!!! Fish is very tasty, tender and juicy!!! You will love it!!!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Gelatin

    1 tsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

My cod, is well separated from the bones and cut into small pieces

In a bowl pour 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, add salt (to taste), black pepper. Mix everything. Put the fish and coat it in the marinade. While our fish leave.

Carrots and onions clean. Cut onion into small cubes. Carrots three on a grater.

In a pan pour a little vegetable oil, heat and add onions and carrots. Same here, add Bay leaf and dried parsley. Fry until Golden brown. Then pour this also the water and add the gelatin (you can salt them a bit). Mix everything and switch off the stove. Our fragrant filling for fish ready. Bay leaf remove.

In the bowl multivarki pour a little vegetable oil. Heat 3 minutes. Take cod. Dip them in flour and bake in a slow cooker with two sides to a faint Golden color. I have all the fish in the slow cooker and doesn't fit. I baked it in two passes.

That's the fish turned out when baking.

In the slow cooker, pour our filling on top of the fish. Bake for another 5 minutes and switch off the slow cooker. Allow the fish to steep for 15-20 minutes.
