Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Almond milk

    300 ml

  • Cilantro

    2 sprig

  • Seasoning

These are the basic ingredients.

Pumpkin, carrot and bell pepper cut into medium pieces. Vegetables pour a small amount of water only that to cover and boil.

Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman". Add to cooked vegetables.
