These are the basic ingredients.
Pumpkin, carrot and bell pepper cut into medium pieces. Vegetables pour a small amount of water only that to cover and boil.
Onions chop and fry in vegetable oil with the addition of soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman". Add to cooked vegetables.
Blend the soup, return it to the pot and dilute to desired thickness almond milk. Bring to a boil.
Bring to flavor them with soup soy sauce TM "Kikkoman" and a mix of curry, oregano, paprika, dried mint and pepper.
Decorate the soup with coriander leaves, pumpkin seeds and fried rings of onion.
