That's all I need for the salad.
Carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Onion peel and cut into thin half-rings.
Celery wash and cut into small pieces with a length of 1 cm.
The cabbage, remove the stalk and upper leaves,finely chopped.A good "mash" by hand.
Parsley wash,dry and chop.
Take an egg and separate the yolk from the white.To the yolks add the mustard and vinegar,beat slightly.Not stopping whipping,a thin stream pour in the sesame oil.Fill with salad mixture.
Nuts fry in a pan without oil until the emergence of brown markings.Sprinkle the salad with the nuts,season with salt and pepper to taste.(I had already roasted salted nuts).Mix thoroughly. The salad is ready.Bon appetit!
