Description
This dessert was prepared by Laura Calder for great lovers of chocolate. Sharon Osbourne. Sharon calls herself the Queen of chocolate. I respect this courageous woman who defeated a serious illness and so decided to cook this dish and did not regret! Exquisite and delicate taste won me over. If you love chocolate - this is for you.

Cooking
For dessert, perfect brown sugar, small Mistral.
Prunes wash, soak not necessary, pour water and put to boil. Cook after boiling for 2 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and once it dissolves, pour in the starch dissolved with water. Once everything has thickened, turn off and pour the liqueur, mix well.
Tins of grease and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Spread the prunes evenly. You will need approximately 9 ramekins.
Chocolate with cream to put on a steam bath.
To completely dissolve the chocolate and stir until a uniform mass.
Separate the whites from the yolks.
In proteins add a little salt and beat in a solid foam.
Whip the egg yolks with the remaining sugar. Mix chocolate with egg yolks.
Add to this mixture half of the protein and mix gently, do not whip!
Add the remaining egg whites and stir them very gently into the mixture.
Fill ramekin and put them into a preheated oven at 200*C for 15 minutes. Ready souffle sprinkle with a mixture of cocoa and powdered sugar and serve. I was served with raspberry jam, as the souffle itself is not very sweet, but very chocolatey! Bon appetit, chocoholic!
