Cooking
In hot water put coffee and hot chocolate (powder), stir well, cool to lukewarm. Beat egg yolks with sugar (180g), add the vegetable oil and coffee mixture, mix well.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Mix well with spatula. Beat egg whites with a 45 gr.sugar until stable peaks.
In a few receptions proteins add to the dough, stirring well.
The form to lay baking paper or grease with butter, pour the batter into the pan and bake in preheated oven for 170gr. 1 hour.
The finished cake to cool, carefully cut a thin layer top and grind into crumbs (it will need to clearance the sides). Sponge cake cut into three layers, cut very carefully, because the cake is very delicate. Better to cut fishing line or a bread knife.
Cream: RUB the yolks with sugar, add milk fat (my village), chopped butter and cook over medium heat until thick.
To the cream add the coconut and roasted slightly chopped nuts. Cream cool.
To put on cakes cream, top cream, whipped cream (cream whisk until stable peaks with powdered sugar). Leave a little cream on sides of cake.
Upper Korzh cream not to cover. Sides of cake to cover with cream and sprinkle with biscuit crumbs.
Up cake icing. Cream heat, add broken chocolate, stir until smooth, cool slightly and cover the top cake. To put the cake into the refrigerator for three hours (I had soaked the night). Decorate the finished cake according to your taste and skill.
