Cooking
For the dough sift together the flour, cocoa and salt.
Beat together the sugar, soft butter, melted and cooled dark chocolate, egg.
Mix both mixtures and knead a soft dough. The dough roll into a ball, flatten it, wrap in foil and put on half an hour in the fridge.
Cold roll the dough and put into a form with high sides, forming a bowl. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Baked in a sand form to put the condensed milk and sliced bananas.
Whip cream, add melted and cooled white chocolate, knead thoroughly. Spread butter cream filling. Top using a sieve sprinkle with cinnamon. Cake let stand in the fridge for a while.
