Apricot pie
A very simple recipe for an amazing cake! Preparing all of the available products.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Apricot

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Salt

Cooking

Softened butter, eggs, sugar, sour cream mixed into a homogeneous mass. Add hydrated soda.

Sift the flour. Add the flour and salt into a mass and knead homogeneous dough. It should look like very thick cream.

Since I didn't have parchment paper, I used foil. The shape of a little grease with vegetable oil and pour in there half test. Bake at 190*C for about 10 minutes.

Rinse the apricots, split in half and remove seeds. Mix half the sugar and vanilla sugar.

Remove the pan with the crust from the oven, firmly put on the cake with halves of apricots. Pour the remaining batter over the apricots. Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes. The finished cake to leave in the form for a few minutes.

Shift the cake on a dish and sprinkle with mixture of powdered sugar with vanilla sugar.
