In the summer I try to eat as many greens. I love these simple soup - minimum effort, maximum benefit.

Cooking
Chicken cut into pieces and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Skim off the foam. Zucchini cut into cubes and add to soup. Cook for 10 minutes. Add seasonings to taste. I Khmeli-suneli.
Fry in vegetable oil chopped onion until Golden brown. Add to soup
Add to soup, spinach and boiled millet. Cook for another 7 minutes.
The millet I got from TM Mistral. It was very tasty - not bitter and crumbly.
The soup is delicious serve with sour cream and fresh bread. All a pleasant appetite!!!
