Vegetable soup with rice
Diet soup of summer vegetables and local apples with rice INDICA TM MISTRAL bags. Easy, fast and delicious.

  • Cauliflower

  • Apple

  • Green peas

  • Parsley

    3 sprig

  • Green onions

  • Allspice

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Cook the rice following the directions on the package.

Put water in a saucepan on the fire. Cut the vegetables finely arbitrarily. Apple removed the middle. When the water boils, lay out all at once and cook for 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Add salt to taste.

The rice we cook and 3/4 bag of cooked rice put into the pot, into the soup. Again, all original. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Our soup is ready.

Pour and serve. For submission to the center of the plate put 1 tbsp of cooked, whole rice, decorate with parsley leaves and pour olive oil, add pepper to taste. Very tasty soup with salted cucumbers, a bit of sugar.
