Description

Cooking
Hearts wash thoroughly, to avoid blood clots inside. Clean unnecessary films and cut lengthwise, but not completely.
Repel with a small hammer in both sides.
Make a marinade. RUB on a fine grater garlic, add the pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice and honey. Mix.
Marinate hearts and leave for half an hour.
Mix the flour with the starch. Every heart take out from the marinade, dip them in flour with starch and fry on both sides for literally one minute until Golden.
You can serve just as you can with rice, any other side dish. Bon appetit!
