Vegetable patties with wild rice
I suggest You try vegetable patties with wild rice. These cakes are suitable for lent and for vegetarians and for losing weight.

Ingredients

  • Wild rice

    60 g

  • Potatoes

    140 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    110 g

  • Carrots

    130 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Bread crumbs

Basmati rice Mix (TM "Mistral") boil until tender and cool.

All the vegetables mince (I rubbed on a fine grater), chop the greens and mix well.

Vegetable stuffing add the cooled rice and mix well.

Add the flour, mix well.

From vegetable stuffing sculpt cutlets, dip them in breadcrumbs or batter chesneau. You can just roll them in flour, but you can just fry it without breading. Out of this number ingredients I got 12 meatballs.
