The recipe I learned from my mom. This is a wonderful dish that is impossible not to admire. Amazing taste and aroma of the mushrooms will remember, and the dish will be included in a cookbook of your family. The simplicity of these products and the cooking process attractive for beginners. The dish can be used as a side dish or salad for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

You can change the ratio of ingredients depending on your preferences. I take the cabbage and mushrooms 1:1. For a start, grind the mushrooms, cabbage and onions.

Fry in the pan. In hot oil add the mushrooms, stirring constantly, fry them on medium heat for 3 minutes, then add to it the onion, a little salt, stir and fry for another 5 minutes. Pour all into a Cup.

Now for the cabbage. Again pour oil in a pan and pour all the cabbage, stirring occasionally, fry it for about 15 minutes until Golden Bochkov.

Then take our mushrooms again and pour into the pan. Add a large part of the sour cream, stir and cover for 15 minutes (some times it is necessary to prevent).

Next, add salt to taste. Again, add the sour cream, pour the greens, sprinkle with various spices, pepper. Mix everything together and bring to "gurgle".

Our dish is ready to serve! We ate with cooked rice (goes well). BON APPETIT!!! =)
