Zucchini with pesto sauce in oatmeal crumb
Very tasty and unusual squash work in this recipe. The most delicious thing I probably ever ate. And it's all in the sauce! Cook in multivarka Vitek 4200R.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    75 g

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Zucchini wash and cut into thin circles.

Enable Broiling. Heat the oil, put the courgettes and fry for 10 min.

Meanwhile, prepare the pesto. Grind in a blender the peeled garlic, pine nuts and Basil.

Continuing to whisk, add Parmesan and olive oil.

Add the prepared sauce, season with salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Flatten

Mix oatmeal with the softened butter and sugar. Put on top of the zucchini. Cook for 20 minutes at the bake mode.
