Cooking
Pre-boil shrimp for 3-5 minutes in boiling water.
Chilled shrimp cleaned from the shell.
1 hour before serving (30 minutes is spent on cooking, and another 20-30 min. will give the salad to brew) start to assemble the salad. In the picture, all components except the bottles of krill (sorry, forgot to take a picture).
Salmon cut into thin slices, from a jar krill pour water out, take the prepared shrimp - all mix.
Lettuce wash and vystelim their dish.
The remaining part of the salad beam cut into "noodles."
My grapes, detachable berries, each cut in half, take out seeds.
Sweet pepper wash, remove the core and nosochnye partitions. Leave a little of the middle part red and yellow peppers for decoration, and everything else is cut lengthwise into 4 pieces and cut into thin slices.
Mix all the prepared ingredients.
Add a little olive oil and the juice of 1/4 lemon. Adding salt to my taste, is not required, but the decision is yours.
