Yesterday I made a wonderful vegetable soup from red lentils. The taste turned out amazing, so I decided to share with the cooks. Try this delicious, easily prepared from the available products. Thank you for the recipe Victoria!

Cooking
Wash and peel potatoes and carrots. Cut into cubes. Add to the pot. Rinse the lentils and add to the pot with the vegetables. Add the tomato paste and cover with water. Put it on the stove and cook for about 1 - 1.20 hour. Periodically stir the soup. Towards the end of cooking add salt, paprika and turmeric.
Onion peel, cut into cube and put into the pan with vegetable oil Oleina for sauteed. Stirring occasionally, bring the onion until tender and add to the pot of soup. Cook the soup another 15-20 minutes.
Ready soup puree them with an immersion blender until smooth, return to stove, bring to a boil and cook for another 2 minutes. Poured into plates and served to the table.
The soup looks with a silky texture, a feeling that the cream was added. Very tasty, I recommend. Also useful. Bon appetit!!!
