The taste of chocolate-oil cream and liquid black and white chocolate.

Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • White chocolate

    100 g

  • Butter

    165 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    30 g

Cooking

White chocolate melt in a water bath at very low temperature (at unity).

Pour into molds (the mold for the ice) in the fridge.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.

Eggs and sugar mix.

Add flour.

Combine the melted chocolate and the mixture of eggs, sugar and flour.

Spread a little chocolate.

In the middle of a stacked shaped candy of white chocolate.

Cover the chocolate mass.

Conventional oven: bake at a temperature of 200 deg. 10-12 min. oven: an oven at temperature of 180 degrees. 8 min.

Remove from oven and give a little bit to cool down.
