Lentil-tomato soup
Delicious, quick and healthy soup. I highly recommend to try.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Broth

    500 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Greens

Chop the onion and herbs, carrots to grate.

Vegetable oil TM Oleina fry the onions and carrots for 5 minutes. Then pour 50 ml. of water, add the tomato paste, dried dill. Cover with a lid and stew for 5-7 minutes.

Lentils rinse well.

Put the lentils into the boiling broth, boil until tender (20-25 minutes).

Add the tomato fried in the broth, season with salt and pepper, add the paprika. Boil for 5 minutes. Blend in a blender. When serving sprinkle with herbs.
