Thin crispy crackers. Spicy, flavorful, not too salty and slightly sour lemon. 's get cracking!

Ingredients

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 pinch

To enable the heating of the oven 200°C (focus on your oven). Thin, about 1 mm, slice bread. In order to ensure that the bread does not crumble and easily cut, remove it from the evening in a bag in the fridge. I have a small baking pan, just under this amount of bread, but of the marinade left about a quarter of the initial amount. Therefore, it is possible to take 250 grams of bread. Have rye bread dark crust better crop.

Lay slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Send a baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes, until the bread is a little dry. After 5 minutes, it is advisable to flip the slices, especially in a not very good oven.

While the bread is drying, prepare the marinade. In a suitable bowl pour in vegetable oil (I used sesame, but you can take any), add the soy sauce TM Kikkoman and lemon juice. Depending on how bright acidity in the palate you want to obtain, take from half to one whole spoon of lemon juice. If you bake the croutons of white bread, the lemon flavor is more pronounced. So, add a small pinch of sugar and beat with a fork the marinade until smooth.

Culinary brush to coat the top of bread slices with marinade and re-send the pan in the oven for 5 minutes.

After five minutes remove the pan from the oven, flip slices of bread and brush with marinade on the other side. Send in the oven for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, the crackers are ready. Spread the croutons in a suitable container and enjoy! A nice crunch!
