Fluffy Apple pie
Many pies do not exist! Caught my eye the recipe for yeast cake with berries, and my idle was standing the jar with the workpiece for Apple pie, stewed apples, with a minimal amount of sugar. Slightly changed the composition and it's a fine pie with a creamy Apple taste with a delicious crumble topping. Try?

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yeast

  • Milk

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Chicken egg

  • Starch

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    120 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Knead a soft dough. Cover and send in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
